Clear cache data

Update the phone
To update the phone, go to Settings > About Phone > Update Center > Software Update.
To update the app, go to Play Store and tap the three horizontal lines to open the menu. Tap “My App & Games” and choose to “Update All”.
An app that is not working properly may cause this issue. Go to Settings > Memory > Memory Used by Apps. You will find a list of apps along with the amount of memory it used.
Look for something unusual, usually an app that taken too much space, more than it supposed to. There could be a problem with that app. Disable the app or uninstall it.
Factory reset
If nothing works, you can try a factory reset. Make sure to back up the data on the phone first, then go to Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset.
